Hope your New Year is getting off to a great start! As we reflect on the previous year we think about the highs and lows; the celebrations and disappointments; the progress and the setbacks and what we can do better to achieve our goals in the future. 

2024 was a year of change and restructuring for the band. When you take a different direction from what you’ve been doing change is inevitable. We’ve welcomed in some great talented musicians who have become members and friends. In 2025, together we will strive to generate the best version of Pure Nectar yet! And of course we will be bringing the horns back!!!

Last year we started writing music which has always been a huge passion of ours. It’s a creative outlet that has been unattainable for many years due to the circumstances. Somehow everything came into alignment and what seemed impossible for so long transpired to be a reality within our grasp. 

We went into the studio last fall and began working on 5 new original songs. We brought in some of the most talented musicians in St. Louis to help us achieve this endeavor (whom I will most definitely give credit to momentarily). The result has been a long awaited product that we are very satisfied with and excited to share with you! 

So as we move forward, we have decided to release one original song per week. As we do so, during the next five weeks we will continue to grow, hone our craft, book more shows and will already be preparing to record the next batch of songs to complete our album planned for release this spring to early summer.

We would like to extend a debt of gratitude to each and every one of you for support, for following the band, and coming out to see us perform! We look forward to seeing you all very soon! ☮️ ❤️
